About This Journal:
In October 2025, I found this waltz by Chopin. I wanted to be able to play it so bad, but was discouraged believing it to be out of my current skill level. However, I broke down the piece, and realized there were only three main sections. After breaking that down, I was able to teach myself the first two out of three sections in two months!!
Unfortunately, the last main section is difficult for me due to it's contrast & change of key compared to the other ones. I am finding difficulty to memorize the melody and LH harmonies.
Therefore, here is where I will document my entire process in order to keep myself accountable, but also share my style of learning!
